Safeguarding

At All Saints' CE Primary and Nursery School, we recognise that Safeguarding is EVERYONE'S responsibility.

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads are:

Mrs Eleanor Fussell (Headteacher/DSL)

Mrs Louise Ridley (Assistant Headteacher/DDSL)

Mr Chris Gibbs (Assistant Headteacher/DDSL)

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do in our school. We are committed to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment where every child is protected, valued and able to thrive. All staff share a responsibility to promote pupils’ welfare and to act promptly on any concerns. We work closely with parents, carers and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.

We believe that feeling safe is a basic right for all children. Through our PSHE curriculum, we teach pupils how to keep themselves safe, recognise when something does not feel right and develop the confidence to speak to a trusted adult if they are worried or unsure. Click here to learn about the PSHE we teach at All Saints.

If you have a safeguarding concern, please make an appointment to speak to either of our DSLs in school and this will be treated in the strictest confidence. You can contact us on 01283 247940 or make an appointment in person.

If you have a concern over a weekend or during a period of school closure, please see the contact details of safeguarding agencies below.
