All Saints’ CE Primary and Nursery School is part of the John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust (JTMAT). The Trust is the data controller for the personal information we process, meaning it is responsible for how personal data is collected, used and protected. We hold pupil data securely for the period set out in the Information and Records Management Society (IRMS) Schools Toolkit. Data is then securely disposed of when no longer required.

We routinely share pupil information with:

  • The John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust (JTMAT)
  • Schools that pupils attend after leaving us
  • The local authority (Staffordshire County Council)
  • The Department for Education (DfE)
  • Ofsted and other regulatory bodies
  • NHS and health professionals where appropriate

Why we share pupil information

We do not share information without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so. We share data to:

  • Meet statutory requirements
