Whole School Focus: Behaviour

Dear Parents/Carers,

A very warm welcome back after the holidays! We hope you had a lovely Christmas period and enjoyed some quality time with loved ones.

This term, there are some exciting things happening at school, and we look forward to sharing them with you through our weekly newsletters and Instagram page.

We are also taking a closer look at an important area of school life: Behaviour. We are incredibly proud of the children’s behaviour, which is consistently praised by members of the public during our trips and visits.

However, we believe it’s valuable to regularly review school-wide practices to ensure all adults are working together consistently, and that high standards are maintained in all classrooms at all times.

This half term, you will receive several new documents relating to behaviour, starting with the Home-School Agreement that was sent out today. While this document is not legally binding, it represents a shared commitment between parents, children, and staff to work together for the best outcomes.

We kindly ask that you review this document with your child, explaining its meaning and importance. Your child will have discussed it with their teacher today.

Please return the signed document to your child's teacher as soon as possible.
