Parental conduct - reminder

Dear Parents/Carers, I am writing to remind all parents and carers that All Saints has a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of abuse directed at our staff members. This includes verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, threats, or any conduct that undermines the respectful and safe environment we strive to maintain for all.

Our staff are dedicated professionals who work extremely hard to support the learning, well-being, and development of every child in our care. While we remain completely open to conversations relating to any aspect of school life, it is essential these are done in a mutually respectful manner.

Any instance of abusive behaviour—whether in person, over the phone, in writing, or online—will be taken seriously and may result in restricted access to school premises, formal warnings, or involvement of external authorities if necessary.

We are committed to open communication and value the partnership we have with our parent community. However, this partnership must be built on mutual respect. The safety and dignity of our staff is not negotiable.
